1. Services

For consulting and service-based purchases, refunds are not provided once the service has been delivered or work has commenced.

If you wish to cancel before the service begins, you may contact us within 24 hours of payment for a possible refund review.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments

• Technical errors resulting in failed delivery

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
